TROUBLE viewing the video?
Question: I’m having trouble getting the video to play through. Can you help? It plays for a few minutes and stops (or I don’t see anything at all).
Answer #1: First, you might need to update your version of Quicktime, which you can download for free here > http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ (and you can choose one WITHOUT iTunes).
Answer #2: Once you’ve installed the new version of Quicktime, and you’re still having problems with the video stopping and starting, that means that your connection might be a bit slow (it happens to me too sometimes) or that the internet traffic is high. The solution at this point is to let the video download before you press play. You can see the grey status bar move across to the very far right-hand side, and that means it’s fully downloaded and ready to go!
