Welcome, I'm glad you're here :)
I'm just like you. I grew up eating fish sticks, jello, hot dogs, and Tang. Do they still make Tang? It brings a revolting taste to my mouth even now as I remember it.
We also ate vegetables when I was a kid, sure.
Canned peas, which I was sure were poisonous. And frozen corn, which always tasted more like the freezer and less like corn.
So really, is it any wonder that I was vegetable-adverse most of my life?
If you're like me, then you are embracing this whole idea of 'healthy eating' with a little bit of reluctance.
Fast forward to today. I'm 43. I now eat veggies -- and I mean all kinds of veggies -- all of the time. In every meal. Easy and often.
I've filmed a 4-part video cooking class called Very Veggie Videos for you that you're going to love ... and it's all about getting more veggies into your diet.
STEPHANIE says: "My 5 year old daughter loved this recipe, and she told me 'Thumbs up, Mom!'
I liked having an easy meal idea under my belt.
I kinda felt like Rachael Ray and her 30 Minute Meals."
Class Format:
4-weeks, videos and emails, and illustrated recipes. You'll get a new lesson each week and you can work at your own pace.
The lessons are delivered to you by email once a week, and they may include an illustrated lesson or a video. There's no fixed time, you can do the lessons as it's convenient for you :)
Preview an Actual Lesson:
I’ve just posted an extract from one of the ACTUAL cooking sessions from the “Very Veggie Videos” cooking class below.
I put it up so you could get an experience of the quality and content of the class you’re going to be participating in.
This particular lesson introduces Veggie Tacos, and teaches you a great lesson about how to buy ONLY what you need in terms of fresh ingredients…
BRENDA says: "I've enjoyed all the lessons so far... Thanks for making this so interesting."
Cost:
Cooking Classes where I live can range from $49 for a single class up to $590 for an 8-week session. Wowie!
For my class, you won't have to travel, and you won't have to pay anything like those prices. In fact, since this is an online video class, I want to make sure that the price is where everyone can afford to participate.
That's why I've decided that this 4-week class is going to be only $19 CDN. I know, that's really inexpensive, I'm nearly giving it away.
Currency Exchange:
The Canadian dollar isn't very strong right now, so when you pay with your credit card, your bank will automatically give you the current exchange rate on your credit card statment.
If you live in the States, $19 CDN translates to $18.02 USD.
In England that's 11.06 GBP.
In France that's 12,19 Euros.
In New Zealand it's 25.34 NZD.
In Australia it's 19.81 AUD.

"You appear so calm while cooking, it's actually helped me lower my stress level while cooking."
Limited Enrollment:
I will be limiting registration to 75 students ... to make sure everyone's happy and so as not to overwhelm my customer support staff :)
Please note, there are 158 people on the list: "I'm interested in taking this class" for this Very Veggie Videos class!
What Does this Class Fee Include?
When you sign up for the "Very Veggie Videos Cooking Class," you'll automatically become a member of my private membership site "The Veggie Club" so that you have access to the recipes and the videos.
Yes, that's right, your cooking class fee of $19 includes two full months' membership on the site. Your membership to The Veggie Club will renew automatically on a monthly basis for $8.95/month after the two months is over. There are cheaper plans you can take instead, but that’s the basic one.
Note: If you JUST want to take the cooking class, then sign up, wait till near the end of the two months, and then email me and tell me you don’t want to continue afterwards. I have this monthly fee in place to begin after the class is over, because some people will need additional time to complete the curriculum if they get a bit behind! But you might not know if you need it for sure till you get near the end :)
ANN says : "I’m so excited to get started. I can’t begin to say what a great idea I think this is! It’s a great way to stay motivated to learn something new and to work on at least one new food or way to prepare a dish each week. Thanks for the great opportunity!"

What others have to say ...
Rita: "My kids (ages 7 and 3 1/2) are drawn to the computer like magnets when you're on. I let them do the "egg test." Imagine my surprise when they scarfed down their eggs with "a little piece of toast" right after finishing dinner! Thanks for the great lesson. Our oven temperature was dead on."
Malia, homemaking911.com: "For those of us really watching our budgets, this four week class is VERY reasonable. Since I let my children take the classes with me, I feel like we are getting an exceptionally good 'bang for our buck'. This is part of our ongoing home economics classes. I am a bit hesitant to admit that cooking with Shelley has become one of the highlights of their week. They have even tried to talk me into going to Canada to meet her and see what is on her kitchen counter when she is not doing a cooking class."
